Hey JYGChaBai,
That's indeed odd. Could you perform an App Recovery and see if that fixes the issue?

Hi JYGChaBai,
To help us look into this better, could you please send us your EA Error Report ID? For more info on how you can run the EA Error Reporter, check out the article linked below:
How to use the EA Error Reporter in the EA app
Once you have the Error Report ID please share it here in this thread. Thank you! - Axelirant16 days agoSeasoned Newcomer
Posting this a second time because first post appears to have been removed: Link
Just reinstalled Windows 11 Pro (factory ISO), installed the EA app from Official website and the option to turn off the in-game overlay is greyed out.
- No game is running.
- Uninstalled/re-installed App several times.
Please fix.

Hey Axelirant, I merged your post with an existing thread about this. Could you please also share an EA app Error Reporter ID with us here in the thread?

I had the same issue. I found out that you have to be 'online' in order to disable it. Then you can switch to invisible afterwards.
At least that's what worked for me. - PounceUponADime13 days agoRising Newcomer
Can confirm snapczterz's method worked for me.
