This isnt resolved @EA_Leeuw . I installed the EA app on my laptop (As opposed to my gaming desktop) and put the laptop on my phone's hotspot and I get the SAME result. The issue isnt with our internet, internet settings, a conflicting software, or Windows. It's your garbage * software/services is the problem. How stupid do you think we are? IT people exist on these forms, and tried all basic troubleshooting.
If it was affecting one or two dozen people, that would be an unfortunate one off issue.
Hundreds or thousands of people being affected isnt user error, or some kind of conflicting software. That is an outage. Fix this * and stop trying to get us to play computer technician to diagnose your issues. Go look at this section of the forms. Its post after post after post of this error. This is clearly an issue on your end not ours. Get it together.
