Most of them have nothing to do with the app crashing and returning that error over and over again.

Please identify and fix the issue on the app. There is clearly a bug that prevents the players from accessing the games.

Investigate, identify the issue and come with a workaround while the issue is being fixed.

The testing department should know what to do.
