Re: How to Fix the Blank Login or Library Window of EA app?

I googled for my problem and found dozens of similar cases. They all blamed EA useless support for not solving the problem.

One particular post mentioned that it has to do with the application conflict with the GPU. Hence, I turned my driver off and used the basic windows 10 driver that is messy. I could log-in successfully, nonetheless, as soon as I turned the updated GPU driver, I cannot see anything on the application.

I created shortcuts for my purchased games on the desktop, which work fine despite the application's bug.

Try it and tell me how it goes!

@elbarckDo u still have this problem? i tested this problem and i also have this problem with the basic driver from MS its a random problem at every cold pc boot the EA app loads or loads later or never loads, the EA app always starts up in the backgroud when u open up task manager u see the EA app running. i never saw this problem on a reboot.
