Re: how to repair game in ea app?

Hi @Boom143,

I quickly reviewed your account, which isn't something we do usually via the forums. It seems everything is functioning as intended. It appears that you own The Sims 4 through either Steam or Epic.

For games owned on platforms like Steam or Epic, you should use those launchers to repair the game if needed.

How do I verify game files in the Epic Games Launcher?

Steam - Verify Integrity of Game Files

Hope this helps.

Hi there, thanks for the tips and I've verified the game on steam. But it still doesn't work. The issue with my game is with my CAS. My sims, both my male and female wea these grey under wears underneath the default pink ones and I can no longer change the skin tone of any of my sims. All my sims' skin tones became uniformed and I can't change it. Though for some reason this seemed to happen to only adults as I can still change my infant sim skin as usual. I did download a bunch of mods and cc's. And I tried to delete the outdated and conflicting mods and cc but it still doesn't work (I used Better Exception Mod to help me scan and it seemed that there are no issues). How do I fix this?

    Hi @Boom143,

That sounds more like a different question, unrelated to the EA app. Your initial post was about how to Repair games on the EA app. For your other question, it's better to create a topic about that on the The Sims 4 boards.

    Thanks.
