@Ekuly I also got the same problem and I tried like everything that was on the net to make it go away .In the end I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game and at the same time unistalled and reinstalled the ea app from their site only then did the game launch normally.

Hi! For those who are still struggling with the issue: I tried a bit different method from others suggested above and it worked. After clearing the cache and reinstalling the EAapp, I went to the EAapp Settings (top left three lines), then in the Application turned off In-game overlay and in another tab Downloads turned on Update games automatically. And after that launch the game from EA. Maybe it helps.
