Re: [INVESTIGATION] Games Stuck on "Launching Game" or "Preparing Game"

I have the same issue unfortunately. I can't download any game from EA Play (connected to Xbox GP). I tried every possible solution mentioned on the forum - clearing cache, reinstalling the app, running the app as admin, reinstalling gaming services, logging out from Xbox and EA App etc. Nothing has worked so far, I'm trying to install Jedi Survivor.
