Thank you for the detailed information and providing us with all the troubleshooting steps that you performed.
Can you check if you can still add other games to your collection that are included in EA Play? I noticed that your FIFA 20 gives the same error message saying that your membership expired. Did you have an EA Play subscription previously?

The error for my account has been resolved. The "Membership expired" tag on the Fallen Order has disappeared. Thank you for the assist.

We have fixed the issue where you receive the "Membership Expired" error message. Thank you for letting us know and for sticking with us while were fixing this bug.
I am seeing some messages from players that this has fixed for them too and I will be locking this thread.
