Okay, I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account details with you a bit further and see what's going on with all your expansions- here on the forums we wouldn't have access to your account details to investigate into this further.
Please contact live support by submitting a help request on the site here- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the live support team does have something further to reference.
