The EA app

1. Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
2. Scroll to Help.
3. Click App recovery.
4. Select Clear cache.

If you can’t open the EA app, you can also follow these steps to clear your cache. 

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
3. Select App Recovery.
4. A confirmation window will pop up. 
5. Click Clear Cache.

1. Right-click on the game or launcher and click on Properties.
2. Click on the Compatibility tab.
3. Check the option "Run this program as an administrator" under the settings.
4. Then click on Apply and Ok to save the change.
