Re: my sims 4 is greyed out in ea app

Hey @hazel0220 , first things first try clearing EA app's cache to see if that fixes the issue. Simply click the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app > Help > App recovery > Clear cache.

EA App Icon
I noticed the EA app has a new blue desktop icon. One of my PCs switched over to it and the other one didn't. I tried reinstalling but it didn't work. Anyone know how to fix?
