Summarize your bug I just bought three of The Sims 4 Packs (Werewolves, Vampires, and Horse Ranch) and the first two downloaded as soon as purchased and the other one I had to redeem code. once I clicked to redeem it and download, it did nothing. It shows as not purchased. When I loaded into the game, it says I own it and a popup said that it started to download in the background, but when I went back to look on EA, it doesn't show it anywhere and still says not purchased. I have cleared cache, uninstalled the app, uninstalled all the packs and base game, but it still doesn't show as purchased. I've seen a lot of people having this problem and I've already done all the steps I have found to fix this, and it still isn't fixed. Please help!
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have the game purchased and when launched it says i own, but its not in my manage add ons or ea app.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't show up as purchased, therefore i cant download it.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my game go into my library and say purchased and let me download it, like it should.

Someone please help, i would really love to play with the pack i bought.

I have this too. I redeemed two sims 4 packs through a 3rd party code. One showed up a little bit delayed, but the other one, horse ranch, still hasn't shown up even though in the game it says that i own it. I can not download it, because it's not in my library.

Have same problems here, bought Battlefield 2042 few hours ago in Steam, after download was complete tried to run it and ... nothing:
You have no access error message in EA app, and no game on my linked account. Accounts between steam and EA app are 100% linked.
Tried everything from google, changed country in profile settings and nothing. Was waiting for night with a lot of fun in new game, now i just tottally disappointed and have a spoiled weekend.
UPDATED:
Bought another $0,5 game to see if it helps somehow, and new games didn't added to the library same way as Battlefield i bought on steam.
The problem is not on customers side, EA do anything.
