I also have this issue with F1 23 and I cannot seem to solve it.

  • Tired multiple networks including tethering from mobile.
  • Disabled firewall
  • repaired game
  • updating windows
  • ensure EA launcher is up to date
  • disabling IPV6
  • Changing DNS settings
  • Restarted computer
  • Ended task for the 'Killer control centre' network application
  • Ensured no game boosters/overlays were running
  • Ensured no VPN running
  • Attempted on multiple user accounts
  • Attempted to run as admin
  • Flushed DNS

None of these have worked.

    I even formatted my PC and switched to Windows 11 thinking it was a BUG from windows itself. but it didn't solve
