I've been getting similar issue whilst trying to purchase the - Crysis Remastered Trilogy - game set,

But I even tried taking off and re-adding my credit card details but no avail.

    If all those steps haven't helped, you'll want to get in contact with the live support team following the steps outlined above so they can review your account details with you a bit further and see what's causing your purchase error.

    I'm also having the same issue but I've tried to get help through support team but I'm not getting the option to contact them?
