Issues starting game

Since the update I’ve deleted and reinstalled BF6 on Steam and EA app multiple times. Steam loaded up the game once and now freezes on a black screen the EA app gets me to the menu then says I have my account restricted. I’m on PC and I’ve tried all the setting changes and cache clearing and validating but nothing has worked. Any advice on what else I can do? Doubt a refund is available at this point
