I am having problem getting into my Sims four it keeps saying that error on our end and caused the launch to fail and it says to try again later I already tried for the past two hours. Want to know if anyone knows what’s going on with Sims 4.

i am having the same issue i got a new computer and downloaded the ea app and games and have tried all the other solutions (cash clearing, reinstall, repair etc) but nothing is working can someone please help ?

Also having the same issue and was told by a support agent to note it on the forum.
Clearing app cache, reinstalling EA App, running as admin, and repairing Sims 4 didn't work.
Had no mods or CC installed, other games launch fine.
I feel like I shouldn't have updated to the latest patch, I wish there was an option to roll back to previous patches!!
Hopefully there'll be a fix soon? : (
I am having the same issue as well. I'm not sure if it's a mod or bad CC, but this is truly ridiculous.

Hi all. Mine was doing this too after an update. Search for "controlled folder access" and turn it OFF. It's in Windows Security under Ransomware protection. This worked for me after HOURS of literally trying everything!

I had this same issue happen today. My sims was working fine UNTIL I exited the app to download more custom content/mods, and went back to open sims and it said "failed to launch game".
I am unsure if this would work for you, but here is how I fixed it.
You have mods that won't let Sims 4 launch. Maybe the mod/mods are incompatible with the newest Sims 4 update, I'm not sure, but you have to go through and sort out your mods to see which one is making your game break. For me, it was easy because I just removed all the mods that I had recently downloaded today (since my game was working fine before I downloaded them). I put all of those mods in a separate folder on my desktop, and launched Sims, and it FINALLY opened.
After knowing that one or multiple of those new mods caused my game to not work, I went back to check one by one to see which were breaking my game. Then I moved the mods that did not break my game back into my mods folder.
If you use mods, please try this, as it may fix this issue!

me either. I try anything they said. I even try to reset my whole computer, it doesn't work. I don't use any mod on it.
None of my mods are broken so this hasnt worked

Got the same issue, fixed it by updating the UI Cheats mod. Hope it will help anyone :)
