Empty authetication token error

@sejekat42  Try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Use the Intensive scanning method when asked.  Restart your computer before reinstalling the App, and run the App itself as an administrator: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator."

If that doesn't help, are you able to test with a different network?  For example, if your computer supports wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home wifi.

"fun fact" myu sister can log in at EA at the same setup and play sims4 just fine, whereas my credentials give the problerm/message stated.

@sejekat42  Are you saying your sister can login to her EA account on this same computer and play Sims 4?  Or are you saying something else?  The first would make it pretty clear that the issue is your account.

Please also try my suggestions earlier in the thread, and let me know whether you're able to test with your EA account on another computer, or someone else can test with their EA account on your computer.  I'd like to know whether the problem is the computer or the account.

I did exactly what you said, it still gives the same error

On the EA app, left corner three lines HELP, APP RECOVERY and then CLEAR CACHE.

This worked for me. i hope this helps or reset your password.
