Re: Purchased game/DLC available on Origin but not the EA app

I am having the same problem as well.

It's telling me that I have to purchase it but I have already purchased it from Origin games. It somehow didn't link through.

Could you please help me with this?

Yes! It shows that I have to repurchase everything.

• Screenshot that shows the game available on Origin:
• Screenshot that shows the game missing on the EA app:
• Your region/country: China
• Where the game was purchased:  Origin 

I haven't seen any issues with FIFA 22 before @yc6c1701.

Could you do me a favour and contact our support team? You can ask them to log into your account to see if they have the same issue. 

Once you have done that, could you tell me the case number or if the advisor had the same issue?

I tried to use live chat for help, but when I created the case, there is no pop-up chat window(Win10 Edge)

Hey, i have the same problem.

When i open up sims 4 on EA app it says in the game that toddler stuff is missing.

But when i open the EA app and check which packs i own it says i own toddler stuff pack, but it doesnt work in game.

I bought toddler stuff from origin and recently started using EA app.

I have claimed a free game on origin a while back and never installed it, then changed to the EA app and the games are just not there. I got the free tomb raider games (all of the free ones during the free period) and they are not on EA app at all. When I redownloaded origin, there is a window popping up about installing EA app and the window doesn't have a close button.

If only I could download the EA App I could list e.g. all the SIMS4 expansions I might or might not be able to play ..... (didn't get the Powershell fix to work - probably my lack of knowledge of Powershell .... which I should not need to instal an App!!!!!)
