Re: Purchased Sims 4 packs not showing as owned/can't install

I was able to resolve by uninstalling sims 4 and EA app, reinstalling EA app then Sims 4. I was scared everything would be gone but I also play vanilla/no mods on my game laptop I have. I tried the whole clear cache thing and uninstalling EA app about three times, changing firewall all that too. Only thing that worked was complete uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4
