I have the same issue but with Star Wars Jedi Survivor. I redeemed a code in the EA App, it didnt crash for me but the download simply didnt start. When I tried to restart the download I realized that the game is not in my library.
When I open the store page it offers me to buy the game or to get ea play pro to play.
Exact same problem here. Totally the same as you guys. I am wondering how long this will take? I just got back from work and tried it and still it's not working.
same problem today but with FIFA 23. EA app is absolutely useless!! They should learn from Steam!!!!
I just got in touch on the live chat with one of their agents. Managed to sort it out for me in five minutes. Game is downloading now. Hope you guys get it sorted. Would recommend doing what I did!
