Error INST-3-2203

Summarize your bug I tried to update the EA app on 03/07/2023 and was unable to so I uninstalled the app and I have tried to install it again and I always get the error code:INST-03-2203. I have tried restarting my computer multiple times and repairing/updating my version of Microsoft C++. Nothing works.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to install EA App on Windows 10.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error INST 3 2203
What do you expect to see? Completed EA app installation

I also don't know where the error reports go, but i've sent at least 30.

    Look into the EventViewer app for Windows Logs -> Application.

    I had a log: 

    Product: EA app -- The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2203. The arguments are: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\inprogressinstallinfo.ipi, -2147287008,

    I looked into 2203 install errors on Windows, https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-10-11-installer-encountered-unexpected-error-2203/

    I made some temporary user permission changes to C:/WINDOWS/Temp and then the installer was able to run.

    This is possibly an error specific to your machine, not with the EA App.

    I've changed all of the permissions, disabled virus protections and I am still getting the same error.
