Let's see if we can get this error cleared up with the following steps:
- Try swapping between the Origin store and the website version of the store
- Disconnect from any VPN you may be using
- Make sure your billing details in Origin match the billing details for your card
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
