Re: Sims 3 Expansions Not Downloading

I too am having this problem and have spent a full afternoon now trying to fix it :/

Uninstall the game and try again. Mine wouldn't install my expansions because it was trying to download the base game first, but the base game was already installed.

@jka7 tried this but now some downloaded but don't show in launcher. the outhers say downloading but don't download. the base game also dosn't launch

Also having the same issue. I contacted customer service and talked to them (a bot I guess..) for almost two hours, trying everything. At the end they said they get reports of this problem from people all over the world and they are working on it. But now I see posts from people with the same issue from over a year ago... so they are doing nothing about it?? How is this possible?
