Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

I tried to play my sims 4 game and repeatedly kept getting a "game license is invalid" message and the game won't even launch. I don't know what happened last time I played was aug 1st and I remember it exiting itself out. Which I just took it as a regular sims 4 crash and as a message to go to bed. But then when I came back to play on aug 8th ish my game wouldn't work (still hasn't to this day). I'm not sure how to fixed it I've tried almost everything and ive been playing this game for years and getting all packs through the ea app or dvd when I started. Help!

What I've tried

• taking out my mods (ive yet to put them back in)
• repairing my game multiple times
• clearing my cache 
• uninstalling and re installing both sims 4 and the EA app
