Origin playtime not carried over to EA
Dear EA Technical Support.
When I still played The Sims 4 via the Origin app with my save file from 2018 that I still use to this day, I had around 1200 hours of playtime (since the last time I checked the Origin app).
Unfortunately, during the merge from Origin to the EA app, this playtime did not carry over, and it was reset back to 0 hours.
I have since played a little, and my playtime is now 85 hrs 52 mins. However, this still bugs me to this day.
I request someone technical or anyone at EA with access to my time_played.txt to edit my playtime back to 1285 hrs 52 mins. I cannot tolerate this issue being caused by EA themselves, and then EA not being able to fix this.
This is NOT a caching issue that is resolved by logging in and out, nor by any issue on my end. This playtime is incorrect in the file that is stored on EA's servers.
