Re: Sims 4- Lovestruck Pack not working

Question

I’m trying to help my friend. She preordered Lovestruck through ea app for PC and downloaded it earlier today and got an error that installation wasn’t complete but in download manager it shows as download complete and the new world isn’t there, the filter option is there but no items come up when we click it, can’t click on phone at all. We can’t figure out how to resolve or uninstall reinstall without uninstalling the entire game with a lot of packs. Any thoughts?

@mattikinz and @ZipperDragon8&nbsp; You can simply delete the EP16 folder inside [install location]\The Sims 4.&nbsp; You'll need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager first.

I'd suggest clearing the App's cache and repairing the game as well.
