Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game

It started out with my game not loading no matter what i did. I tried updating my computer and restarted it after force quiting the game 5 separate times (over a four hour period>.) When i was finally able to open the sims it said all my bought add ones like vampires/get to work/etc were not usable. It said that the content had been bought but was unplayable. I tried redownloading it or reselecting in on the settings page but it wasnt even clickable. Truly stumped on what todo. it does say i can play the game without my add-ons but that it would make my original save compromised. I am playing it on my macbook.
