Apex- "Failed to launch game - An error on our end"

I’m experiencing an account-specific issue affecting EA games in cloud gaming environments. My EA account can successfully log in and launch games (such as Apex Legends) on a local PC. However, when using GeForce NOW, I can log into my EA account, but the game fails to launch after login with a login error. This is specifially for apex and battlefield. I tested with a different EA account on the same GeForce NOW setup, and it works perfectly. This confirms the issue is specific to my main EA account. GeForce NOW support has confirmed there are no issues on their end. I’ve also seen similar reports from other people experiencing this issue across different EA titles/games, which suggests this may not be isolated to a single game. Troubleshooting I’ve already done: Relinked Steam account, Reset password and logged out of all sessions, Tested multiple devices and networks At this point, it seems to be a cloud specific authentication or entitlement issue tied to my EA account. Its been going on for well over a year now and im tired of it. I can't run the game on my computer so I HAVE to use a cloud gaming service but they dont work.

    none of this works i lit already tried and some i cant even do bc im playing on gfn.. and its not an issue on their side bc I can play apex on other ea accounts.
