Re: Sims 4 there's a problem with your download

My EA app won't let me download the sims 4 dlc. Keep getting the same something went wrong message.

 I've tried:
-Re-installing the EA app
-Clearing the EA app cache
-Re-installing the sims 4 (with steam)

All solutions I could find were 2 years old or even older and did nothing as stated above.

Please help I just wanna play my save game with the dlc I own.
