Missing Games from my Library

Question

Right of the bat I am on the correct account, I have been using only 1 account since I created my first one on Origin

I just reinstalled my OS and I was downloading clients and I looked inside my EA client and most of my old games are missing such as ME 1 and 2, Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age Inquisition...

Yes I have looked through my purchase History and some of the items such as Dragon Age Inquisition are there, some are marked as "Description not available" this is most certainly ME2 content since it's surrounded by ME2 content such as "Lair of the Shadow Broker", etc. also the purchase History refused to show anything prior 2014 which is absolute bs

I want my games back asap!

Funny just a few minutes after I make a complaint the purchases can now be seen in my Purchase History, but still no games in the client&nbsp;&nbsp;

EA is a **bleep**&nbsp;They even messed up and put games I OWN in their **bleep** EA Play subscription like I did not buy those games before

This workaround does not fix stuff that this garbage company does when they mix stuff we purchased with their crap EA Play subscription
Games that I bought appear as being from EA Play when they are not

And some games are literally gone from my library for months and months
