Hi! i bought yesterday Get to work, Royalty and Legacies and Discover University and the moment I tried to download them and error appears. Pictures provided. This since yesterday. I received the mail with the confirmation of the acqusition.

Please try clearing the EA app cache, that might help.
Hi! it happens with the most recent ones, with Get to work and Discover University. I bought the game some I think this month from Steam (First the base game then I bought some packs from Eneba and some from the EA app). I tried following the instructions to clear the EA app cache but the problem is still occuring. I wanted to also say that my PC isn't an old one, it has almost the best components. And also the space isn't the problem. I use Windows.
I wanted to add that the the packs that I canno't download are from the EA app and this is the first time happening. I buyed Season and Cottage living also from the EA app but there was no problem with the download.
