@Thara_03 We've noticed that as well and it is something that we are looking into fixing.
@Lancerr11 If you are certain that the DLC should be available on your account, then please get in contact with our support team via:
I just wanted to chime in to add some additional info about this issue. I did not know this was a problem until I found this thread when looking into issues with EA Desktop and mods for frostbite games which is not related to this issue. (I did find a tool that lets mods work anyway for MEA and DAI with EA Desktop)
However out of curiosity I did check my installation of Dragon Age Inquisition through EA Desktop and did find the Trespasser DLC listed but saying I do not own it just like other people here have reported here. However, in Origin it comes up as being installed properly and the game does launch fine through Origin. I though because I installed EA Desktop to take advantage of the EA Play and Microsoft Gamepass for PC combo, that EA Desktop somehow took over the launching of all the Origin games, however I found that is not the case. Only if both launchers are not running do these games default to opening EA Desktop to launch if both Origin and EA Desktop are installed. If EA Desktop is closed but Origin is opened the games launch fine through Origin when launcher through it.
Long story short, maybe a temporary workaround is to launch the game through Origin until this issue is resolved. As long as the game shows up and the DLC shows up properly like it did for me. Although my situation might be different since I have owned the game since launch and then later added the GOTY edition when that became available about a year later. I do not know if using Origin as the launcher would work for people trying to purchase it new now.
If not, I least I have contributed with confirming that this is affecting even people with the games being in the library for years.
I guess also this would also not work for people using EA Play through Gamepass for PC for DAI, as this really only seems to work through EA Desktop. Which is the only reason I installed it. In Origin the EA Play games do not show as being able to be played without purchase.
I have the same problem as well.I was able to download all dlcs except tresspasser.Whenever I try to download tresspasser dlc i see infinite loading screen so I can't download it all.
I have the same problem... except that It gives me the option to "Buy" the dlc lol. I thought it was the GOTY edition. (I have EA play thanks to the xbox game pass for pc)
- @EA_Jason Any progress on the DLC infinite loading so I cant purchase? Thank you

I don't have any updates to share at this point @Chriskatt101, but we're still investigating.
@Talesdro There is an accepted solution as the issue that was first reported in this thread has been resolved. Now a new bug popped up and it's being discussed in this thread.
Usually we would create a new thread for a new issue, but as these are so closely related I decided to continue going in this thread.
- Please fix this, it is not understood, what pisses me the most is that I have spent 100 hours on this game and I cannot access what was really coming, which is to play the traspasser dlc that I could not play on xbox 360
Stil no fix for this problem.
EA tech team said to "wait until EA Desktop leaves beta".
LOL.
Seems the problem persists. We dont even have the option to buy the DLC. Please give us another update.
Is this problem ever going to be fixed?
EA tech team should have fixed this problem weeks ago.
I hate EA, worst customer experience ever.
Same issue here. This issue has been going on for months and hasn't been resolved. Ridiculous.
PLEASE let us know when this is fixed. EA help through chat was clueless about the issue. I had to google the issue while on chat with them to find out that other people are experiencing this. Very frustrating. In the mean time, I had to purchase an EA Play sub just to access this through Origin even though I am a Game Pass member.
Another thread in the General section is over here -> https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Dragon-Age-Inquistion-on-EA-desktop-missing-Tresspasser-DLC/td-p/10182756 . My post there reproduced below (didn't find this correct thread until now, whoops). Most interesting to me is that, even if I wanted to give up and purchase the DLC separately, I can't. Because the Trespasser DLC page in EA Desktop does not load and there is no purchase button. And because I can't use other purchase or installation methods without first purchasing the base game or a 'real' EA Play membership instead of access via Gamepass. Yes, also annoying that this issue has been known for months, yet help.ea.com wasting both my time and theirs trying things that certainly won't help.
I've just been chasing this with help.ea.com. I have a current EA Play subscription via my Gamepass subscription. Things I've noticed:
- At Origin , when I'm logged in it shows me as owning all of the DLC, including Trespasser.
- At Dragon Age™: Inquisition - Trespasser for PC | Origin, it clearly states the Trespasser DLC is included with EA Play, and when logged in I get the green tick and 'You have this content'.
- In the EA Desktop app, it lists me as owning 7 out of the 8 DLC. I get given a price for Trespasser.
- The game itself is listed as 'Included with your EA Play membership, and I can download and play it just fine, with all DLC apart from Trespasser.
- If I go to any of the working DLC screens in the EA Desktop app, I get an info box at the top with the cover art and a green tick 'You own this add-on'.
- If I go to the Trespasser DLC screen in the EA Desktop app, I get the info box at the top with the cover art and nothing else except a pulsing 'loading' icon. It looks like the Desktop app is failing to query the ea.com servers for ownership information about this DLC, and the EA Desktop app is unable to complete rendering the screen.
So far I've just gone through the usual tech support drill. We have manually cleared various Origin caches and reinstalled EA Desktop, and we have used the App Recovery option and reinstalled EA Desktop, and rebooted, and completely reinstalled Dragon Age: Inquisition. Situation has remained unchanged. Some sort of escalation has been done, but I can't see any status of that, so I guess I just need to keep annoying help.ea.com if it doesn't get fixed 'in a few days'.

Its been a month and the problem is still persisting. it shows up in the store, does not load any description or similar and does not download with the GotY edition.
This is still happening to me as well. I contacted support about it and they're still looking into it.
Still no solution.
Same issue, no trespassers DLC
Shows in Origin app, but not in EA app. Using xbox pass
Was going to just buy it on steam, but then I see people having same issues with steam.
Doesn't seem to be any help or acknowledgment of the issue, pretty poor show
Pretty sad it seems the only solution is to pay a double EA subscription once through steam or game pass and then a second through Origin just to play the dlc.Nice one EA....thanks for the non support..
Is there any update to this problem??

@Frenesy_95 I've gone ahead and poked the team to see if we can get an update 🙂 is there any news about it getting fix anytime soon??
Sure thing, they consider it fixed when you buy it again from another platform :/
Actually on EA Desktop App it doesn't even show as a purchasable dlc so they're actually advertising something not true rather than facing a simple bug.Guess i'll try my luck with a consumer tutelage association since in Italy this is False Advertisement.
