The thing is that the bug that was raised back in July has already been fixed and it should now be working @stubish42.

I have heard about the old saves receiving this error message and it is being looked into. 

About not being able to access the DLC, do you have a screenshot and could you tell me where you downloaded and installed the DLC? Was this through Origin or the EA app?

On my case i downloaded with ea desktop because that is only option to use ea play subcsription which includes in xbox game pass for pc.  Dlc is installed too on hard drive but on game they are not activated at all. And last note i started whole new game because my old saves was gone after i installed windows again. 

Well that's not supposed to happen, have you tried removing the DLC, clearing the cache and then reinstalling the DLC @Pandemicious?

Tried but still no. After that i reinstalled game after cache clearing and still have same problem and i tried that with clean save.

Hi there, 

I've been playing Dragon Age Inquisition from my EA Play subscription (full game with all the dlc's) a week ago I redeemed a code on EA Play app from Prime Gaming for Dragon Age Inquisition Base game (or at least I think it is) and after that, I couldn't load my Save games because it says my DLC's are missing (although I've them installed).

Things I've done so far:
-I've already talked with support at Amazon and they couldn't help me, also talked to EA Support and the last person told me he disabled the code I redeemed, but the problem persists. 
-Uninstalled and installed the game 2 times (before and after the disabled redeemed code)
-Cleared cache over EA Play app.

-Erased my saved game data. 

Did someone manage to solve this problem? I'm losing my mind over this error and I know I'm not the only one with this problem.

P.D.: I don't have the Steam version, only played through EA Play. Also, I'm still a member of EA Play subscription.

Is there still anything to try to get all the dlc working or do i need wait for the sale and buy game on origin?
