Thanks for sharing those steps @zurrang. If they are trying to import their friend list from Steam, those steps are important and should help those friends show up. 

If you aren't trying to find friends on Steam appear in the EA App search results @MeoFin, there are some other things to try. Check out this thread EA App - Can't find a friend and the heading 'My friends aren't showing up in the search results!' and try those steps. 

If your friends don't come through in the search results, please copy >> this template << and paste it into your reply in that thread, filling out the answers.
