Hi there, @AL-_-CR700 

That message normally means the Xbox account you're trying to link is already linked to another EA account. An advisor can track that down for you so I recommend opening a case by following the instructions here. Thanks!

    What you should do then is open a case with an advisor as I mentioned in my last response. Thanks!

    Thank you for your reply; the instructions for opening a case are unclear.

    The section where it says: If an advisor can help with this issue, a contact method will also be available under your help topic. If not, a self-help option will be available to help solve your issue.

    It does not seem that I have such an option to open a case; I have searched the EA Answers HQ for the same issue, but unfortunately, the answers did not help my situation.

    Try these steps to start a chat with an advisor:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat
