Re: Unable to Install The Sims 4 After Account Recovery

I reinstalled The Sims 4 today and a couple of expansions that I own. When I go to launch it, I received the attached error message. I looked through my account receipts to make sure I'm not crazy and I see that I've purchased the game and DLC. I've tried reinstalling, I'm on the most recent version of the EA app.

    Hey UltrahMaggnus​,

    This error usually appears, when game content has been removed from the account, for example when an EA Play membership ended.

    I'd suggest you reach out to EA support, as they can have a look at this on your account to see if the DLCs might have been disabled.
