@MechMadnezz If you are unable to receive those codes to your email but you can log into the site, there are a couple of routes to take.

Add a phone number for text messages

Add a secondary email to the which works better

If you are unable to do either on your EA account profile, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

• Select the EA App
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option
