Re: Unable to redeem coupon from Sims survey?
Trying to purchase The SIms4 Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle and use the code I received from an EA survey last month.
I don't remember there being any restrictions with this coupon but when I entered the code at checkout I got a message in red saying, "This promo code does not apply to 1 or more items in your cart. To use this promo code, make sure your cart contains only eligible items."
The only thing in my cart is the Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle, can I not use the code on this DLC?
