Re: Why EA Desktop display old ID?

I have this issue as well while using EA Desktop, under my current ID name it is showing an old ID name I used in the the past. Could someone clarify which of these two names I have is gonna end up showing while in multiplayer games?

Hi @Vichax,

Could you please provide a screenshot of the username that is being displayed?

There is the option in the EA app to use both your username and to set a display name. When you set a different display name, does that update the old username that you are seeing?

Here is a screen shot showing my current name on top and a old name I do not use anymore under it.

You can change this in the EA app by doing the following:

Click on your username in the top right

Click on My Profile

Click on Edit Profile

Set a new nickname
