Game Keeps Auto-Updating Even Though I have Auto-Updates Disabled

I have auto updates disabled. The Sims 4 started automatically updating upon starting the EA app. The update remained paused upon closing and reopening the app, but automatic updates starting despite having that setting disabled has been a continuous problem for months.

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about that.

If the EA app is not saving the settings, such as auto update, it would be worth trying to clear the EA app's cache. Please give that a try and let us know how it goes.
