Reclaiming purchased packs
Hey! So I've purchased multiple packs with my own money, on my PC but through my ex boyfriend's PlayStation account. I've created a new account and all my gameplay data history build etc is all saved...
Gotchya, thanks! Content can't be transferred from PC to PlayStation as they're purchased and tied to different storefronts.
However if you're trying to transfer these packs to a different EA account on PC, you can reach out to live support here so they can explore a few different options with you.
