Redeem code?
Hey,
I did buy the sims packs yesterday and when the screen was loading nothing happened.
I did get an confirmation email of my payment but I never received any redeem code? Or any downloaded games in the app?
What to do?

Hi there,
If you purchase the games through the EA app, it will add the game automatically to your library. Please note that if it's a DLC, it will not show a new icon in your library; it will be under the game add-ons.
