Redeemed Code, Pressed Download, Nothing Happened

@LauSpod87 having the same problem except mine isn't even showing as 'owned'. Tried redeeming the code again but its obviously saying its already been used (by me) but no game anywhere!

I went on a help chat and the person says it isn't available until around 6pm UK time, so I'm hoping that after then it will work.
