Refund failed from EA – has anyone faced this issue?

Hey everyone,

 

I recently tried to request a refund from EA, but the process failed and I didn’t really get a clear explanation of why. I’ve checked my payment method and everything seems fine on my side, but the refund request still didn’t go through.

 

I was wondering if anyone here has dealt with the same issue before? How did you resolve it, or did you have to contact EA support directly to get it fixed?

 

I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thanks in advance!

    Hey there, if you're having problems with a refund request, please contact EA Help!  They will be able to check your transaction and assist you further.

    I have the same issue here and it's because I inactivated my card and requested a replacement because I lost my card. What have you done about it so far?

    I contacted the support, they says wait 7-10 days for the refund process

    RemoveFromFriend​ If you have changed your card since you requested the refund, please make sure to contact EA Help, they should be able to assist you with that.
