Refund problem not processing since yesterday
I paid yesterday and requested refund because the game was not go on by my computer. I asked but did not answer, so I request again. I have to refund what I paid.

I'm afraid we can't support billing-related requests here on the forums.
If you haven't launched the game yet, you should be able to request a refund within 14 days using our Refund Tool per our refund policies. Otherwise, you'll need to connect with live support to explore what other options might be available.
