Cannot Open EA App

I have not been able to open my EA for a few days now. I have a PC running Windows 10, I've re-installed the EA app, made sure all of my drivers are updated, and added the desktop, laucher and background services exe files to my anti virus. I'm getting error code EC: 10500.
