removal of linked account

An ea account that I was not aware of before was connected to steam, and now, when playing the Battlefield 1 game, I log in to the old ea account that was connected to it, but I do not have any access to that account, I do not know what the e-mail is, I do not know who it is, I cannot access the e-mail, I want to remove the link of the old ea account I mentioned from steam and connect the new ea account to steam, how can I do it?
