Return of another additional item of the same product

Hi!  I found an electronic receipt in my email that says you can cancel your order by going to the Great Game Guarantee page and I went to the website on my phone and it says I don't have any purcha...

Here is a picture as proof so I marked the extra product with a red mark. Which is the product with the highest order number that should be returned.
