S4: RAL Not In The Game Store

I've been excited to buy the new Sims 4 Royalty And Legacy pack on the EA APP since its release, but every time I open the EA APP the pack is not in the store. I can't buy the bundle either due to the pack not being in the Sims 4 store. I was really excited for this pack, and I really want to buy and play with it, but I can't because it doesn't show up in the game store.

If you haven't already, please follow the steps on this page to clear the EA App's cache and see if that makes the game appear in-store. Do make sure you're signed in to the correct account with the packs you already own before purchasing, as packs are stored on the EA account level.
