Sim 4 packs gone
Since the new update on sims I have lost all my packs now they are just in file not on my game can anyone help please!!!

lou200256 Does the EA App think you own the packs? Please check under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If they're NOT listed, you're probably in the wrong account. Please see the accepted solution of this thread for more information:
